When I saw a commercial for this new Samsung compact digital camera all I could think was, this is the solution for all your Myspace/Facebook profile self-portraits... and that's about it, which is not a compliment or an endorsement. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's a wonderful and adequate camera, and I suppose it's hard to knock "innovation" (although I guess I am in putting that in quotes) but this seems like a big bell/whistle for a very trivial need. Am I overlooking an important void it has filled?

I wonder what would happen if you put this between two mirrors?
My camera's viewfinder pops out and swivels around (like a camcorder) so I can already do this. I'm always worried that I'll break it off though.
