I am probably way more excited about this than I should be, but I saw this post from BOOOOOOOM! today and once I followed the link my mind was officially blown. There is a site called Yooouuutuuube that allows you to enter in your favorite YouTube clip and see it in a visually deranged frame by frame manner. You have to see it to really get the gist. For some reason I automatically thought of the Knight Rider theme (great song/great images/"a shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man that does not exist".... come on) and I was not disappointed.
